GENERAL RULES

• Student participants only. 

• The students have to pay the registration fee (Rs.100 per head) only by cash on spot.

• Registration can be done through online / In person on spot.

• ID card and bonafide certificate are must.

• The judges’ decision will be final.

• Prior confirmation for the paper presentation is must

• Formal dress code should be followed.

• All the events will commence at the scheduled time; Punctuality will be appreciated.

• Rules are subject to changes at the discretion of the Management/Organizers.

PAPER PRESENTATION

Call for paper
   The full paper must be typed in MS-WORD in  IEEE format. Soft copy must be sent to the following                    EMAIL ID: gtechfest20@gmail.com

Instructions

Maximum two students per paper
Paper should not exeed 10 pages, 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minute for queries

GENERAL QUIZ

The event comprises of 3 rounds.
No. of participants : Two members per each Team
Questions would be from General Engineering, recent trends, General Knowledge, etc
     Round 1  : Written. The teams will be qualified
     Round 2 : Oral.Different sets of question papers are framed
     Round 3 : Rapid fire

CONNEXIONS

​

Two members per each Team
Questions includes both technical and non-technical
Three rounds will be conducted
15 Second for the each questions
Finally three teams will be selected

SHORT FILM

Topic –  Social Issues

Max Participants in the film : 8 members
The short film should be submitted at the time of registration.
Time - 6+2mins
Language - Any language but with English subtitles.
Basis of evaluation - 1) Best direction    2)Best film
Judge’s decision will be final.
